Feedback gevenVery poor service and disappointed with the staff attitude. Spent just under £20 on a Deliveroo takeaway and all we got were two average wraps. The sides from our order were missing so we called to either get a refund or get it sent out. The staff on the phone said they can 't do anything, we have to take it up with Deliveroo. The Deliveroo driver gave us the only bag he picked up from there which only contained half our order. So we phoned them a second time and told them it was their fault for not giving the driver the full order. They refused to take responsibility and said once it 's left them it 's no longer their problem and we should take out up with Deliveroo. Which I was not happy about and said it was their mistake THEY should take out up with Deliveroo and they should be trying to keep their customers happy. I was promised a call back which I have not received. And I have lodged a complaint with Deliveroo which is also more hassle than its worth. A great way to ruin an evening
Ordered via Deliveroo. Contacted the restaurant due to missing items to see whether they had not given to the driver, or whether the driver had the missing items and asked if 80/20 could contact the driver to quickly come back. Unfortunately they were incredibly dismissive and assured me it wasn’t their problem. Unapologetic, blunt and offhand. “Once it’s left us it’s not our problem”. Unfortunately as a paying customer, I bought two (very small) wraps with a side, and ended up paying £18.45 for the two (very small) wraps and the displeasure of the interaction with 80/20. If you were to buy anything else online, the vendor would not say “it is not our problem” they would be in contact with whichever courier was despatching to help the paying customer. Not with 80/20. I was looking forward to my food as I’ve heard …mostly… good things about them. Unfortunately, my experience meant that they came across as rude and arrogant.
Just a heads up incase yoy start ordering meat products. I asked for their certification and they said they dont have one. Abit sketchy, you have been warned....
We’ve been to 80/20 numerous times and it’s always been delicious. But we went for the first time last week under the new ownership and what can I say we all had fusion bowls only 3 people in and we had to wait an hour and when they did come they were cold and you could tell it was all frozen ingredients. WOULDN’T GO AGAIN
I ordered a roast dinner today, Megan was exceptionally professional with her customer service, very pleasant to talk to, Ethan the cook made the roast dinner unforgettable and debbies brownie was the best I’ve ever eaten! 10/10 would recommend!
