Simpsons Fried Chicken - Bolton

This takeout restaurant used to be good, but not anymore. I spent £23 and regretted it as soon as I got home. I cut into the kebab and found what looked like ants crawling all over the food. It appeared to have come from the salad. I called the restaurant to inform them, but received no apology or offer to replace the food. This kind of business practice is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back. I urge others to avoid this place at all costs as it will not only ruin your meal with insects, but also disappoint you with poor customer service. The food standards agency may need to pay them a visit.

Amazing food delivered to the highest standard. The staff are fabulous and our orders come just as we ask (we are a little fussy) but they always cater to our needs. The food from here is exceptional compared to other local takeaways that offer the same kind of foods. Fast delivery and always arrives hot, just as you’d expect. 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone, reasonably priced food, top quality food, delivered fresh and hot to your door, if you’ve been or tried here you’ll know what I mean, if you haven’t then please do, you’ll not be disappointed and I’m absolutely sure you will order from them again. Placed a order on just eat food was absolutely disgusting dripping with grease soggy chips burnt calzone greasy calzone I rang them for a refund cause there food is disgusting and they don't refund food that's disgusting I wouldn't of fed my dog with it DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Over the years myself and family have ordered from here and slowly it started going down hill and the prices went up I have not ordered from there for a few months
