Starbucks Coffee - Bolton

Very nice and welcoming staff, expertly made consistent coffees as always, tried to have a swear-word put on my cup; they didn't let me (very professional) but did have a laugh about it, great service!

Ugh , just don't get it, staff are lovely, but this is not a place for coffee

The two ladies that served me were extremely polite and they were Annabel and Emma in the Starbucks in Rivington eastbound. Excellent customer service

The restaurant has 14 high tables for dining, but when I arrived, 8 of them hadn't been cleaned yet. The lone staff member on duty seemed to be doing nothing. Given that we are still in a COVID environment, I believe basic hygiene practices need to be maintained. The staff member was unwilling to touch my cup, so I was served espresso in my own cup. However, she had no problem handling my food with her bare hands instead of using utensils. I think a rating of 2 stars is generous, but I'd rather not give just 1 star.
