Aylin Abla, peak customer service. The best thing about this hotel!
I have not tried the spa. The rooms are not sound proof so you can be woken up in the middle of the night. I gave service 2 because staff are laid back. This was the first hotel i ever stayed in where i had to ask for my roon to be cleaed. Service: 2
