Forsterbräu Central Bozen

Ancient brewery and restaurant in the heart of Bolzano. We had great local dishes, including “Knodel” and meat classes. We have dined indoors because outdoor tables were full and enjoyed the cozy local atmosphere. Beer was excellent and also the food. It was also nice to see the old copper barrels where they brew beer.

Great place, I had dinner with friends quite late in the evening and although the service was very friendly. The food was excellent and of course also the beer. The prices are fair. Recommended

Friendly employees speak Swiss German, Italian and English. Beautiful traditional interior. The food was very heavy because it was traditionally German. The waiting period was a bit long, as the restaurant was pretty crowded in the evening.

Nice environment and good service. But for this dish. Unappetizing. Not recommended.
