Extremely good Gf food. very cautious with pollution, they have separate ofen for pizza. alto adige specialities such as canederli and apfelstrudel, gluten-free and really good. wonderful experience in the center of bozen. the gf brot is super, comes in a separate paper bag marked gluten-free.

Fantastic place in the center of the city. You can have all the menu pizza and restaurants) gluten-free. eating is se tw ved with a red flag trying to make him different. pizza is really amazing. I go or twice the week

The have plenty of gluten free options and really good pizza. The service know what is gluten and the food serve with flag to mark the gluten free food so I believe they know what they are doing.

Taste: Service: Glutenfree, no cross contamination: I appreciate how this restaurant really takes gluten free food preparation seriously and they take all measures to avoid cross contamination. Very big plus. I didn't enjoy the taste of the gf pizza dough very much (tastes very much like corn flour). Also, the waiters were not very friendly. Still, I enjoyed feeling safe. Will probably return here when I'm in the area. Overall 4 stars.

A fantastic experience: almost everything on the menu was available gluten-free. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
