Gambrinus - Bolzano

The pizza they make is one of the best of Bolzano. it is very thin and tasty and the boarder is crunchy. the place has old furniture but the owners are very friendly and always serve a saluto dalla cucina in form of taralli and olives and when you order coffee at lunch you often get a cookie or a small cake. they are family friendly

It seems an ancient place that would be a little modernized in the decor and a little in everything. on the pizza I did not have positive sensations (small and biscotted). I preferred the first ones more and allow me to recommend it more for the restaurant than for the pizza. They can do better and more... and I would.

I used to be here at the gambrinus and I think it was enough. I took a pizza, but it was too flat and sparkling for my geese. the waiter seemed very bored during the ordination. the visual presentation of the room is not the best, rather antiquated and now passed as a place. the thing that surprised me was to see that some of the rooms next to ours are oate as a closet. and are completely at the visual reach of customers who are next to eating! I wouldn't come back for sure.
