Shirayuki - Bolzano

Excellent sushi at a good price value. Shirayuki has recently renewed things and, hence, changed names. The salmon and tuna were very fresh. 10/10 IGN

The shrimp dumplings they served were smelly, obviously the shrimps already went bad and stale. But the chef told me it’s normal for the frozen dumplings. They just taste like that. I was shocked, It’s nonsense.Others was okay.

Good food, good ordering system, good service. Prices standard for all you can eat.

Bel posto, personale cordiale e si mangia molto bene. Innovativo il metodo per ordinare con il cell, magari un po da rivederlo. Nel complesso tutto benissimo.
