Feedback gevenI had a negative experience at this restaurant due to Robyn's attitude, which affected the service. I waited 15 minutes for a vanilla shake, only for her to inform me that she had forgotten about it. After she finally made the shake, it was left sitting on the counter until I inquired about it again. To make matters worse, she rolled her eyes and then walked away when I brought it up.
The staff was friendly, but my burger was overcooked and slightly burnt.
This establishment seems to be managed by some of the least competent individuals in the area. It's common knowledge that customers will order breakfast during breakfast hours. There’s no reason I should have to wait 30 minutes for biscuits and chicken to be prepared at 9:30 AM when you open at 5:00 AM.
Whoever is working today is not attentive at all. Doing an awful job of customer service, and gave me only half my order. Also damn near sling it into my car. I won?t be back to that location. Lady was working at 7:00p at the window. Hopefully that helpsmanagement correct the staffing error.
Ok. This is an awful place... the manager yells at the employees and she is completely out of line every time I go in there. The staff needs a major training overhaul. This is a direct problem from management. Train your ppl and they will work to yourstandards. The only person in there trying to do a good job is the lady working the drive through window. She is super nice andshould be trained to be manager of this location. Other than her it is always an awful experience when I go here. Next time Isee management yelling at an employee there which is every time I will record it and send to Corporate!
