Feedback gevenHey Subway since when is appropriate to play music with curse words blaring through your speakers by your employees in the store. Especially when little kids are present. And get off your cellphone and make my food. I should not have to wait for youto make my order after your text is sent. And don't stop making my order to handle the online order that you now have to make. Iwas first and standing in front of you.
We visited this store for the first time the other day and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with our experience. The interior has been updated, which was quite nice since we ate inside. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable oftheir new menu items. We enjoyed our meal dining there.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I?ve never dealt with any franchised business who is unwilling to answer a phone, and on the off chance that they pick up, they then hang up bc the are either suffering from a low IQ and social skills issues, orIll prepared to field the question of ?Is your toaster working??. Called 4 times today 08/19 @11:15-11:20. The phone wasanswered once out of the 4 calls, and I was hung up on within the first 20 seconds. Not sure what degenerates Subway off 247 ishiring, but you could find better workers in a behavior disorder after school program.
Had a buy one get one free coupon that exp 6/25. They won't allow you to use them on the last day of the coupons. Since they didn't tell us that until checkout the sandwiches were made so we got them. One somehow managed to get spinach left off. Thebread was hard and stale. Just not worth the price that subway is asking now. Won't be back, Publix subs only from now on.
Young lady left all alone had a line to the door. She stayed calm helped everyone. Very impressed. We need more employees like that. Great job girl!!!
