The Traditional Chip Shop

The restaurant offers consistently large portions at very reasonable prices, with friendly staff. The fish dish was delicious, as were previous experiences dining here.

We visited this restaurant after finishing our beach hike. It was not great and just an average beach fish and chip shop. There are much better places to eat nearby.

We bought a child menu in bondi today. when we opened it, we were very disappointed to see the quality and the huge amount of fat chips with only four small pieces of fish. there was no love or authenticity as it is advertised in this box.

If I had read reviews on a website before coming to this restaurant, I would have realized it was not the best choice. My burger and fries were terrible. Overall, I would rate my experience as a 2 out of 10 due to the tasteless fries.

We have just started eating our chips and have now stopped a few seconds later as they are the worst chips we have had in our 3 months in Australia. They were greasy, undercooked and unpleasant. What a shame we were looking forward to eating...chips overlooking bondi beach.
