Great place to eat! You get plenty of food, it's hot and delicious. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Best tasting Mexican food I have ever had. Had the chimi lunch dinner. Great service! Everything tasted amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Refused to remake our food after they dropped the entire take out order on the ground. I was kind and understanding and willing to wait for them to remake but they refused. 3 hours prior to closing. They claimed to be too busy, even though it only took them 15 minutes to make it in the first place. I guess Los Altos views their customers as an inconvenience to them, that’s how they treated me.

First time at Los Altos and I was very impressed! The server was very friendly and attentive, so clean and beautiful inside. So many wonderful menu items I had a hard time choosing but decided on fajitas. There was so much food, beautifully plated, sooo delicious! The house margaritas...what can I say...AWESOME!! This will be my go to place for Mexican food going forward. This is a must try if you love authentic Mexican cuisine SUPPORT LOCAL

This HAS been one of our favorite restaurants! Friday we thought we would enjoy a meal here and I was really disappointed. My meal was overly salted and had not flavor. This was my favorite expensive meal here and we can’t afford to eat out very often any more.. they said they had a new cook.. salsa wasn’t as good either. My husbands wasn’t up to par either.. flavor not there! PS margaritas are always great! We are really sad for we have always got a very good meal here…One Month later UP DATE: The problem solved … I contacted the owner he gave me a 25$ gift certificate to come back and try again.. our meal was great …. Thank You
