Best underground restaurant in Australia! Claire was exceptional—super friendly and welcoming, and incredibly efficient in preparing our subs. She effortlessly multitasked, getting our orders ready while also greeting customers behind us. This was the best experience I've had in any metro restaurant in nearly 14 years. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

The only complaint I have is that it is so hot in the Bribie store. How those lovely girls work in that store with just 2 fans over the tables and none over their work area. Come.on, give them some air-conditioning .

Subway is my go to, but service at this store is pretty slow. Often I notice that some of the staff do not put the correct portion of various items on, and bread is under stocked. Friendly service most of the time at least. The store is always too hot for my son, maybe get an air conditioner fix it?
