Mangroves - Bonita Springs

The menu is limited, featuring pizza, wings, and a few other items. The cocktails are especially tasty. It's a fantastic spot to relax and catch a game on TV. Just be prepared to spend a bit, as beer on special costs $6, while most other drinks are priced at $15.

The restaurant features open seating, which makes it a bit challenging to accommodate large groups. However, our server was fantastic—very attentive and quick to assist us with any issues. There are some gluten-free options available. I ordered the beef burger on a gluten-free bun and informed the server that it shouldn't be served with fries, as they're cooked in the same fryer as the chicken tenders that contain gluten. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, they had placed fries on my plate before we noticed. We informed them that my dish needed to be redone, which took some time. Additionally, my aunt's mushroom pizza took over 40 minutes longer than the rest of our meals, including mine. The waitress handled the situation with my meal and my aunt’s as well.

They served me lasagna (which was delicious), but I had actually ordered Eggplant Parmesan (also delicious). Despite this mix-up, they prepared my correct meal, and I insisted on paying for it, but the manager personally delivered the right dish and truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The decor is very stylish, and they make their cheese and pasta in-house. The service and the overall attitude of the staff were simply outstanding.

Delicious shrimp quesadillas chicken wing. Mild wings were slightly sharp. Too full, salad had to take home for the late evening snack. Beautiful, tasty, **** Mary's our waitress Luann was great. Hyatt Hotels Times shares are the best. You know how to do things right.

We stayed at the hotel and were craving something different since we already had tried the other restaurants on site. We were pretty disappointed that two of the menu items we wanted were not available, the pork wings and the artichokes dip. We were told the dip wasn't available after waiting almost 20 min for them to bring our Buffalo wings out. The wings were good but a bit over priced. Wouldn't really recommend.
