Restaurant Majestic - Bonn

Due to I was there on Sunday, the lunch served only after 12. Be prepare for that, as nearly all places are open from 12 on Sundays. I did not know that, I walked a lot in the city which was good, and at the end I found this place to have a lunch before go to the airport. The atmosphere was great, the waitress helped me a lot, but she did not speak English. I am on a special diet, and with her help I could eat to not have allergic reactions. The music was great for my lunch and after it I could enjoy my book and my coffee there. It was so relaxing. When I asked where is an ATM she kindly helped me. The food was not princely, just simply good.

This restaurant is attached to the Bristol hotel. I ate here breakfast, which is a lavish buffet of all types of breakfast foods and I ate dinners (one was a buffet type with a group) and the other a sit down dinner. Our waiter was very helpful with exolaining the menue. The food is presented as huate cuisine, but it is the traditional German fair. The restaurant is very convenient for those who are staying at the hotel. One also can sit at the patio and have beers or cocktails watching the pedestrians go by on Poppeldorf allee, a park-like walk way, bike lanes and places to sit and picnic. Much better than some of the restaurants I have seen in town.

I ate in this restaurant because I stayed in the Bristol hotel, which the restaurant is part of. They serve excellent buffe style breakfast. However, in diner, food was fine (Good but nothing out of the ordinary). However, service was probably among of the worst I have experienced anywhere. Very unpleasnat server, who just kept me waiting for way too long each time next step was coming. For first serving, for second serving and for the bill. I actually had to remind her to get me the bill, after I was sitting there for way too long when I finished eating.

Na een lang verblijf in Hotel Bristol waar dit restaurant zich in bevind, heb ik verschillende keren mijn maaltijd hier genuttigt. De porties zijn niet bijzonder groot, maar van een voldoende formaat..Echter is het een restaurant met een "stevig prijskaartje".Het eten is goed, echter is het menu aanbod niet spectaculair. de alom bekende "wiener schnitzel staat hier ook op het menu, alleen is dit een maaltijd om over naar huis te schrijven. De rump steak is goed aan te bevelen. echter deze porties zijn "helaas" bijzonder klein...

Wir haben für 18 Uhr einen Tisch bestellt um 18.10 war das Lokal immer noch zu.Nach nachfragen wurde geöffnet .Drei Personen im ganzen Lokal nebenbeimal Am Tisch Platz genommen kam nach 15 Minuten die Karten waren leider zwei verschiedene eine von der letzten Woche nach nachfragen 30minuten vergangen gab es zwei neue und die Getränke einen Hugo und einen Campari orange beim ersten Schluck sagte uns die Kellnerin das Rinderfilet Hummer Jakobsmuscheln und Risotto aus sind . Toll 50 Prozent der Karte ungefähr Sowas sollte man erfahren vor der Bestellung der Getränke die nebenbei Grotten schlecht waren .Ich habe dan um die Rechnung gebeten die erstaunlich schnell kam und bezahlt 23 Euro dieses Hotel Bristel in Bonn und Restaurant werde ich im Leben nicht mehr betreten .
