Twisters Grill - Bonner Springs

We order food as a group that was $130. The delivery drive texted he was here. We tried to call him and he wouldn 't answer. So we looked on our camera and he went in the wrong office with our food and walked right back out with our food and left. Then when we called to tell the restaurant all they said was well they picked it up. You guys should really use a reliable delivery service to insure your customers gets there food. I attempted to order food through Chow Now, but the driver arrived at the wrong side of the building and took off with our $124 order without responding to any of our calls. When I contacted Twisters for assistance, they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to reach out to Chow Now instead. We feel like we’re being passed around without anyone taking responsibility to resolve the issue! We used to order from Twisters regularly, but not anymore. Food: 1
