Pick up an order this evening and half of my burrito bowl was missing and look like some just throw the ingredients into the bowl. Very disappointed that I didn?t get what I paid for.
They did not have guacamole (7/24). There was no sign or advanced notice and didn't find out until I had completed my bowl build (veggie, which comes with guac). Although unfortunate, I would have left despite the food being made bc the guac makes the meal, for me. However, I had a long day at Mt. Rainier. I had asked to get a small side cup of queso instead (not the actual side order) and they were going to charge me for it. General customer service would have let that go. Everything else was fine. Dining room and patio area was clean. They also had a drive thru, which is new for me to see.
We ordered 2 of the same size burritos. One burrito was regular size, the other was 1/2 the size. Tried calling the restaurant but only got a recorded msg. No help at all.
Their chicken was very burnt and dry. I tried to just live with it, I ate one of the burritos and started the second, but all I was tasting was char. I went back and they wanted to just give me more burnt chicken. Telling me it tasted fine. I ended up throwing the food away and leaving. Maybe it was just a bad batch but it definitely wasn't fine.
