Happy Pho Time - Bonney Lake

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 P10 large of Pho with steak, fatty flank, tendon, and tripe. P9 small of Pho with tendon and flank. The soup was oddly sweet and didn't have much of beef bone taste... it was more like bouillon with the sweetness and saltiness andvery flat flavor. The noodle was a bit over cooked but not bad. The proteins were lacking with the tendons pieces too thick andchewy, the flank slightly dry and chewy, and the steak tough. He actually doesn't remember any tripe in his dish Ambience:5/5 very hipster feel and Americanized based on the art and decoration. The menu is a bit all over the place as it goes intoJapanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese food all in one place along with their Americanized counter parts. Service: 5/5 almost tooquick... they gave us the menu and ask what drinks we wanted. When they came back with the drinks, they took the orders. She wasback out with the vegetables almost immediately. Then they gave us the check halfway through our meal Value for price: 4/5 quick service, got the food quickly, and you get what you pay for. Not amazing but not bad

Food here is amazing we frequent this place. Service is great food is wonderful.

One of my favorite places to eat on my self care day. I always have the guy with red hair as my server he is polite and I feel genuinely a good guy. If not for the food I would go just for him. Update. Tonight when I can in outside of my normal earlynoon meal time I got my favorite waiter. Seated quickly and shown the best service as always. Gonna miss Jordan.

I've driven by this place a hundred times and have never stopped in. I was with my grandson yesterday and he wanted Pho. I asked him if he wanted to read the reviews first, he said let's just try it out. Our experience was amazing! The restaurant is veryclean, well decorated and uplifting. The food was excellent as was the service. My new favorite place. You won't bedisappointed. Fairly priced also.

Got a pick up order, was ready super fast! Staff was friendly when I went in to pick it up. gyoza with spring rolls, a sandwich, and some pho. The spring rolls were ok shrimp were not flavorful at all could have been any meat really, veggies were nice,sauce was ok, gyoza were also ok. The banh mi was interesting the bread was either old or just dry, but the other ingredientswere tasty. The pho is very tasty, I?m used to getting more greens but the ?sides? were all fresh and flavorful. Meal came withsome hoisin and siracha which is a great touch. I did add some of my own chili oil because I like it spicy. The fam enjoyed themeal, was solid not great. Pic is the pho in my own bowl
