Starbucks - Bonney Lake

I've been going to this Starbucks for years and I have never had any complaints. The staff is super friendly And my drink is always accurate to what I ordered!

Ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha and got a chocolate mocha. I can't have chocolate, this is a sad situation..

They've screwed up my order 3 times in 3 days. Maybe if she wasn't texting on her phone when I ordered today, they would've actually gotten it right. Not coming back.

I can't tell you how many times I've been here and they tell me they are out of their black tea, and it's hours before they close and they won't brew any more. Lazyiness, and poor customer service. There is a young man that works there that's very nice, but their customer service is not that of all the other Starbucks around and I've quit trying to get a drink there now. Don't waste your time either.

Let's face it. You are going to find me at Starbucks. And this location is convenient. I got a grande pumpkin spice latte, and glazed lemon loaf for me and my friend to share. I did not get our baristas name, but I gave her a tip : . She was nice. And she made my drink pretty fast, I was shocked. Keep it up!
