McDonald's - Bonnyville

We travel through bonnyville often this is the first and last time we go to macdonalds. I ordered a quarter-peter with cheese and a mccrispy huh, both meal times it must have 8 workers in the back I went into order. not only did I wait for at least 10 minutes for the job while I looked around the staff, I received an incredible job. when I finally got the order back to our car, started to drive and pulled out the food, not only was it cold everything, but it was unusable. it looked like the chicken and bark were sitting under a heat lamp all day, on both burgers there was not even 1/2 piece speck, the deceptive imaginable piece salat and no tomaten I have a pamplet of coupons before me with photos of how the meal should look and there is no comparison. I do not expect much of almost food, but that was absolutely unacceptable in any standard. someone has to train the personal and monitor them. as a Macdonalds franchise they should be shut off! I wish I had taken a picture.

Ordered 2 large drinks, and both drinks taste like watered Coca-Cola. rather disappointed, as I sat in a car thru for 20 minutes, came home to end with a disgusting drink. so stay stylish bonnyville mcdonalds.

They have the worst food, my whole family wanted to leave eating was so bad. that was the worst I ever had.

Did not check the expiry date on cream! grillbrot for hamburger?! worst service .sour cream double

Great window cashier! Costs 12 cents more than Cold Lake for coffee made with Bonnyville water lol. Had to wait for car in front to get their order! ?efficient?
