Harlow's Art of Life - Bonsall

The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was extremely slow. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we had to wait a long time for water, even after asking multiple times. It took thirty minutes to get a canned beer, and the food was served slowly, with our orders being taken long after we sat down. Despite arriving at 6:30, we didn't receive our main courses until 8:15.

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are amazing. The service and presentation are top-notch. I have already made another reservation because I enjoyed it so much.

Once again Harlow’s knocks it out of the park with the ambience, service and amazing food! We had the elk, scallops, beet salad and chocolate-avocado mousse plus a couple of David’s smoked old fashioneds. Gavin’s service is always knowledgeable and friendly. All in all a great evening.

I’m so happy that we have this restaurant in our area, one of a kind. The food, drinks, service all amazing. But with that being said…I’ve been there now 6 times and each time there always seems to be an issue with seating. Im not talking about getting a reservation that I have had success with. When the hostess takes you to your table and you don’t like the location of it and ask for a booth or maybe not by the door and she can’t accommodate even though the restaurant is busy. This has happened at least 50% of the time. Just sets the mood off a bit at the start of what could be an incredible dinning experience. Other than that I love the place and plan on going back on a regular basis.
