I couldn't have asked for anything more from Warren who we dealt with from start to finish! He was awesome! He was so accommodating. Because every single one of us attending the wedding was from out of town, everything had to be done by phone and email. Warren met me at our event space (Courtyard Marriott) as soon as I arrived in town and we talked about where to set the food up. He set up all of the serving trays while we were busy setting the room up to be ready for our guests to arrive immediately after the rehearsal. He returned with the food, set it up, and had it warming while we were at the rehearsal. He even offered to run to the store or any other errand if I found I was missing something!!! He then came back and cleaned everything up when we were done. He was friendly and kind and made the stress of the day disappear. Thank you, Warren! You did a great job and I so appreciate you!
I would recommend Coyote Kitchen, especially if you are looking for a restaurant that offers a variety of unique food and if you have any dietary restrictions. I am gluten-free, and I was actually overwhelmed by the options that they had available for that dietary restriction. The food was delicious! I got the jerk chicken plate, which was a bit spicy for me, but yummy. I especially liked the coconut rice and the gluten-free cornbread. They had a large variety of desserts (that were also gluten-free) that looked amazing as well. I will definitely go back when I am in the area!
We were visiting in town and decided to stop here for dinner. We ordered the chips n’ salsa sampler to start and queso, and for our meals both the Taos and the texicali boats, the spinach salad, the Marley burrito, and the catfish plate. Everything was very delicious!
PSA: ask them for grilled tofu instead of fried, please. Fried makes the boats a bit dryer, thanks! Lovely place, with the renovations finished it all looks very clean and spacious. Smells like brand new, Always enjoy a meal here, The Terracota boat is out of this world. I wish the desserts weren't so dry: but it's alright,
Think Chipotle with flair (and a hell of a beer selection. Owned by one of Boone’s excellent local breweries, Lost Province, Coyote’s bowl and boat options are like Chipotle’s rice bowls with a myriad of options, a broad range of spiciness, and a diverse blend of sweet and/or savory ingredients. Although we didn’t have any, the chocolate cake offerings placed the kitchen on our list of places for a return visit.
