Hello, I ordered on September 25, 2017 at the bally factory via deliveroo. I chose two burgers for a birthday and really very disappointed with what happened. the first burger with the beef too cooked and burned on a part, the second chicken burger with a small piece that made 1/3 of all flattened and stuffed breads) , no cheddar while it was mentioned in the descriptive and potatoes almost all burned.

Seeing a lot of negative opinions we decided to do ours on Friday night. the mountain burger was a bit warm while the rustic potatoes were burning, oil-slip.... more
