Burger Fermier Gambetta - Bordeaux

The branch I went to is next to the UGC cinema on rue Georges Bonnac in Bordeaux. The produce used is all local and made by small producers (artisanal in French). It's not cheap but the quality is great. I had a very sharply dressed salad with mine because my visit was at the end of the evening and they'd run out of chips. The owner served me and we chatted for a bit. I had the burger of the month and a beer.
