Rituel for us, buy the Sunday chicken at the Poulailler d'Augustin with vegetables and gratin. The foie gras is falling All products are fresh I recommend We also tested Le Poullallier de Peio in Anglet... so good!!!

It should be noted that this is one of the only ones to see THE only roast open on Sunday night. Very few traders are able to take these hours so hat! I ordered three chickens with as accompaniment to potatoes. These were certainly a little grilled but were still good and served in correct quantities. The chickens were pretty and cooked as needed. I haven't tested a lot of roasting in Bordeaux, but I'm recommending it to you.

Excellent butchery, fine spicy, roastery. Very good welcome and quality products. Which is extremely expensive to my taste, hence the 4 stars. I'll come back from time to time to enjoy myself!
