It offers authentic Creole cuisine in an intimate restaurant with very beautiful Haitian table settings by Jacmel, works by Haitian artists, beautiful embroidered cloth napkins from Haiti, and on and on. There is also a real ecological commitment obvious, as it uses reclaimed materials to renovate the place and offer the guests actual hand towels in the washroom, which are properly rolled and used once by each moss, are collected in a garbage and later washed for reuse. There are minimal paper waste in this plant. Eating and drinking is all Haitian. Everywhere in the place where you can see the Haitian Creole next to French.
