Jester's Cafe - BORDENTOWN

When the waitress returned, we asked about the Tuesday special, but she informed us that it was no longer available. I then asked her for more time to review the menu. At this point, I inquired about my wife's drink, and she responded, "I just found a bug in my drink." The only positive note I can mention is that the waitress who attended to us was very apologetic and tried her best to improve our experience. In the end, I paid only for the appetizer and left a $20 tip for the waitress, who truly deserved it.

I had a great evening at the restaurant. We truly enjoyed our meal and the sangria. I had to take my tiramisu home because I was so full. The next day, I tried to eat it, but I found it overly sweet for my taste. Next time, I’ll try something different. One issue was the presence of a lot of fruit flies buzzing around our table, which was quite annoying. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 4.5 out of 5.

They weren't prepared for brunch service and didn’t have any waffle mix or avocados, even though they were mentioned in three menu items. I won't be going back.

We sat quickly for our 7:30 reservation, but waited for more than 2 hours for our meal to complete. our cold appetizer took an hour to be delivered to our table! it seemed as if the staff was short this evening, everyone seemed hard to work, there were simply not enough people either in the kitchen or on the floor. the nearby tables were constantly looking for a server. we ordered two chicken dishes and both were hard as if they were sitting under a heat lamp. the Mediterranean app was very good, fresh ingredients, beautiful portions, but it should not be taken an hour to be brought out. total unimpressed.

Waited quite awhile for food even though had reservation, 1 hour. Not happy with meal, scallops were soft and sparse. Too expensive for what we got$28!
