Stopped here for an evening drink to finish the day off after a momentous 9 course lunch at Mama Mara's in Castell Vittorio. After the fun of a mis ordered fruit drink (Asked for Alla Spuma should have been Alla Spina) my good beer arrived accompanied by a wooden platter overflowing with what appeared to be fried triangles of batter and squares of sweet, vegetable tart. We courteously ate them and when ordering a second drink were also brought another platter. Although sweet, the vegetable tart was also a little salty and occasioned the ordering of another drink. Our basic Italian was tested to allow us to decline the offer of a third platter. None of the food was charged for and was apparently made with a special local flour. This was explained to us by the the owner and chef who wanted to make sure that our No Thanks To Any More wasn't the result of not liking the delicacies. Situated in a passageway between two streets there's plenty to be interested in while enjoying this small, happy, music bar.
As a regular visitor to bordeghia, this a must for the best pizzas. Looks like the ownership has changed, lovely young couple and some new dishes that are great. Stuffed zucchini flowers, yum. My favourites farinata and the traditional torta verde. baked leek with rice slice Worth the calories
Great, for a fast meal is fantastic. I missed taking the picture. I was too hungry
I asked a little in the area and advised me this place, what to say the flour of space, I took it away and it was still warm, a pleasure. I also tasted fried vegetables, pizza and focaccia. high quality also for these things, unfortunately having taken them away I could not eat them hot. I'll have to eat them sooner or later.
