In view of the enosteria we expected a larger wine selection, but all we tried (no actual lists with trips) was very well chosen and quite expensive. we did not try “Dad’s wine” but other reviews make us wish that we. They were also very courteous about our desire to share prices (in two halves kept where the type of plate allowed my only small reservation would be that the menu at all three nights also remained the so-called “tables of the day” unchanged! with a few daily tweaks, we come for or night another year!
This is an excellent restaurant on all count: great ingredients cooked to perfection, extremely charming host (fabrizio etta), and do not miss pappas vino. I can't recommend enough.
We had three nice dinners here in a week. the leek soufflé was the highlight of the wonderful cooking of etta and her sons. have weeping?
Etta and fabrizio led a restaurant with up to coverings in the nearby hill village lucinasco, a sleepy place: the sky white where the customers came, and slowly wrapped the hairpins from the valley. borgomaro is marginally less isolated and the...excellently relais del maro directly over the old stone bridge provides their new venture with constant use. the restaurant is located on the tiny slanted space: every evening the tables come out, which are pushed up with wooden wedges to stop eating in the dedicated chunks. etta prepares eating during the day and helps fabrizio in front of the house, while you son prepares the teller in the tiny kitchen. eating is good, the lauch quiche from this world,
Nice home made food, pretty presentation and welcoming owner. Maybe a long wait between courses but restaurant full which is a good sign . To recommend and we will be back!
