Mühle Born - Born auf dem Darss

So we have been going to Zingst for many years and it is tradition to go to the mill at least once in Born. As comfortable as we feel that it is great. Zander and all other dishes are super tasty and the prices are completely fine. The staff is very nice and the boss is often on site. Please preorder! I can only recommend.

Looking for beautiful photo motifs in Born, I found this restaurant in a small side street. It was a warm May day and many guests sat on the terrace so I could see the plates that all made a great impression, like the restaurant itself, because it is located in a rebuilt Dutch windmill. The menu that was hanging from the outside definitely made me decide to go for dinner. It was our insulting day in Born and the weather was no longer so good and strong, so we decided to implement my project now. With both dogs on the leash we asked carefully whether we can come in, because for the beautiful terrace it was too cold. There was even a “Hundi Table” where the 2 easily fit and we did not disturb the other guests. The service was very friendly and that didn't change, very nice and super friendly. The ambience was more rustic with stoppers and other accessories that are expected in a mill, and very cozy and warm. The menu was pretty clear in contrast to our later records. But I prefer some good food for choice as a map that offers food from all over the continent and best Asia. I chose a deer roast with Thüringer Klößen and Rotkohl for 12,90 €, my husband a steak to Strindberg type for 9,95€ (we had almost only eaten fish for 2 weeks and wanted something else now), but there were nice fish dishes on the map, e.g. Zanderfilet with potatoes for 8,90 €. Very cozy ambience, great hostess, which is super sympathetic with her relaxed, cheeky way. We ate delicious and enjoyed the stop at you. Too bad that very many of the prices on the small but fine card were definitely missing something. Because the price ratio is always convincing and the freshly prepared dishes speak for themselves. Hello dear mill team, we traveled for the third time from Berlin to Berlin and drank well for 4 days and fed well. The show offers a lot, but your mill Wut was our only and rewarding destination. Our expectations were greatly exceeded because the dishes Mega, Super, tasty and the service is unsurpassed. We will pass on to all our guests in the Bodden, because the days at you prepared us with great comfort. You Sylke, our great compliment because you gave us a lot of hospitality. Wonderful. On recommendation landing here and always fine, delicious food. No beach promenade standard, but freshly prepared (bodder from the bodden) serves personally from the chef. In the end, another man Hobby Cumin, not 0815... Thank you. We come back and other servants sure also
