Feedback gevenI suggest adding more platters with meat substitutes such as tempeh, tofu, or seitan, as well as tempura veggies like miso eggplant, mushrooms, and other vegetables to create fantastic rolls and dishes. I tried the green garden platter to sample all the meat-free options and found the food to be delicious and wholesome. However, considering the price, I believe it should come with a larger portion of inari or seaweed salad.

However, for the price, there should be additional meat substitutes like tempeh, tofu, or seitan, as well as tempura vegetables such as eggplant, mushrooms, or other sweet flavors. Adding inari or seaweed salad would make the dining experience even better.
