All we did was delicious, even my husband said that the sourdough bread tasted much better...thanks to those we normally bought. This class includes a minitour around the Convent building, terrain and artist audios. If you are looking for fun things on Sunday, check them. Very recommended!
I had to charge my electric bike, the café owner made such a damper over me with the outlet in her Café Hof. The owner placed their beer kegs in front of my bike and effectively blocked me back from my bike. Not a... supportive or friendly setting, infect quite disturbing, especially after buying a coffee from them used in exchange of minimal electricity... No more!
Very pleasant afternoon excursions in the gardens of the monastery I spent a salad roll and cool drink, while the little guy wanted to slow down a gelato beautiful quiet environment and smell the roses
As soon as they have recovered from the palate and the gardens, they eat lunch in the kloster bakery. meatcake, salad, bread rich in creative presentation. simple but trendy location, nothing stodgy and low energy over it.
Wood fired oven which runs pretty much 24/7, great friendly service and lovely pastries and coffee. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating and user pay parking as well as some 2 hr free parking near by. The bakery forms part of the Abbotsford convent...art scene, however could do with a creative makeover. My coffee, chili scrambled eggs and the take away pastries were extremely yummy, well the few bites my friends left me to sample of the almond croissant and raspberry danish.
