Lburger - Боровичи

We ordered takeout and not only did they forget to include our burger, but the receipt didn’t print either. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, one hamburger, and one cheeseburger. We only realized the mistake when we got home. I wouldn’t recommend this place; now I have to figure out how to get a refund. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered a bucket of appetizers with chicken nuggets and drumsticks. The chicken had a noticeable off smell, and there was no manager or director on-site to address the issue. The girls at the front desk were not knowledgeable and unable to resolve the situation. I would highly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment. The burgers are incredibly delicious, and the milkshake is more like soft ice cream—it's a whole glass of ice cream! I highly recommend it!

The food seemed tasty, but the cleaning lady swept away my jibbitz from my crocs and threw them in the garbage. She also took out the trash bags to the backyard, and I had to dig through the trash.
