Taverna - BOSA

We enjoyed our very good sandwiches and tomato salad in the cosy terrace of this bar. The location is very nice, in a piazza off the main tourist path. Excellent, friendly service.

We came here the other night after reading the reviews! It was well worth it! Everyone, from the 7 year old to the 70 year old had the sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed their own sandwich. This place is slightly out of the way but well worth the visit and very reasonable in price.

We went there the first day in Bosa and the service was great, staff were amazing and treat us very well. Beers are cheapear then most of places, they give you free snacks when you order beer which is very nice

Taverna, panini, cafe sounds nice, right? Friendly service with good simple food? Well, not here! If you are willing to wait for 30 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches that anyone can put together from any supermarket in any European country in around 5 minutes: this is the place! Even better, if you like to have a coffee: they will bring it 30 minutes before your meal! And remember: you are not the guest here, but the annoying foreigner who dares to ask them anything! These people are lucky the Greeks do not know what they do under the taverna concept. And if you take the menu yourself after waiting for it a few minutes: be prepared for a fight : The crew thinks they operate a Michelin star joint with at least 3 month waiting lines.

This is not on the main tourist drags in Bosa and is all the better for it. Go find Piazza Carmine and see what you think.
