Taste the different course of the menu, appetizer of salami on average, quite good, I would opt to serve them with different and artisanal bread. The mixed grill of meat was very good and soft meat, very salty baked potatoes. The dishes that really did not like anyone are the first, especially the cappelletti and risotto. I do not remember if on the menu are defined cappelletti or tortellini, in fact they are tortellini, then with the mortadella. I personally did not appreciate them in the taste and texture of the pasta, as it was not good the broth that accompanied them, it seemed there was oil on the surface instead of the classic anominated bubbles formed by the fat of the meat. I might be wrong, but by doing the broth and the cappellets at home I didn't get the best impression. Tastasal and radicchio the risotto was too salty, it felt only and exclusively salt. I also have to make a note of rice: on the menu there is written delta carnaroli rice, but that was certainly not a carnaroli, had long grains similar to the parrot, hardly had the starches of a rice suitable for the preparation of risotto. And it wasn't hot. The portions are abundant, the service is punctual and very courteous. Beautiful choice and variety of liqueurs and artisan grappas, the very beautiful and particular location. Right prices.
