Lines are very slow and a lot of traffic congestion, staff was very friendly

Callie was absolutely amazing and super sweet when taking my order. However, the new drive thru mobile order system is straight trash. I was waiting in line a bit and when I pulled up I accidentally pulled into the mobile lane and moved back into the drive thru lane. before someone came up to my car, the manager and some of the other girls were in a discussion. Poor Callie had to come tell me that I would have to go back around and wait in line bc I accidentally came into the drive thru lane. I found that absolutely ridiculous bc I got right back behind the truck I was already behind. I told her how ridiculous that sounded and she was sweet enough to take my order! But chick fil a keeps messing up this drive thru knowing this is one of the busiest ones in it area! Treat the customers right and don’t force them to go around when it’s your drive thru statement that’s the problem. Or have someone out there like before to make sure people get into the correct lane. The signs are way too small

Typical good CfA food, but got none of the sauces I ordered, so nothing to dip my nuggets and fries into

Food was good, gave atmosphere a 3 on the account of inside so so crowded, but service was great and great food

You know what you're getting going to Chick-fil-A, this location is no exception. Good service, consistent quality food, modern fastfood aesthetic.
