The manager are hypocritical and help them unless their favorites. manager commit timecard fraud for preferred employees, but accuse them of stealing the time when they show up early to earn more money for their family. The three worlds are working conditions. manager will also ask them to forge signatures for transfer documents and to overload other two by making them for new parts if they are actually used just to make a quote. the whole place should be switched off.
