I had a good experience, although I had to wait longer than my reservation time.

When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have a reservation- do they check this system?

Disappointing visit— What is the purpose of making a reservation if the restaurant doesn’t check or worse honor them? And so much for honoring Veteran’s on Veterans Day. Augh! We waiting 30 mins for a cranberry juice since we were told the bartender had to fill the order? Why?!?! A server can’t grab me a non-alcoholic drink? The MOD didn’t even jump in to help. After mentioning the delay in our drinks and food (after sitting for 30mins) we got offered water. There was 7 ppl on the floor and 1 host, for Veteran’s Day you would have thought they would have scheduled at least 1 or 2 more ppl. Thank goodness our server was super affable and professional otherwise we would have walked out but I don’t feel like returning. Other than our server, no one seem to care about providing good custom service. MOD didn’t even stop by.

Sherri L. was our waitress, and she was fantastic! She attended to our group of 20 people from start to finish!

The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, as it took about five minutes for someone to greet us at the entrance and show us to our table. The atmosphere was a bit chilly, and the waitress appeared to be disorganized.
