California Grill - Bossier City

First, I want to say that our waitress was FANTASTIC. She was super attentive and helpful. I didn't complain to her because she was so sweet and it's clearly not her fault that the food is gross! Unfortunately the food was AWFUL! I got chips and salsa for an appetizer and it was literally like ketchup, I had to add a ton of salt and pepper to add flavor. Slow service, no service. I was there for over two hours and never got my order. Granted, I was with a party of about 34—45 people, but there were a few of us (at least 5 or 6) that never received our dinner. After two of the gentlemen at my table went and paid for their wives dinners and reported they didn't ever get their dinners I sat waiting, just to see if someone would come ask about mine. Eat here all the time. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. My fiance and i get the sirloin French Dip Sandwich. They have a party room they rent out for free as well!

We eat here 2x a month when we are having group meetings. The staff is friendly and food is good. The atmosphere is wonderful…mostly bc the staff is as friendly as they are toward all the customers.

Always a great experience. We ordered take out and the burgers, sweet potato fries, and homemade chips were absolutely amazing (and plated very beautifully, even in a to-go box! This restaurant is always immaculately clean every time we eat here, and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful (they give great menu recommendations too . I swear this isn't a paid review, I just really appreciate the effort these guys put into the dining experience. The food is 100% worth the price!
