Chick-fil-a - Bossier City

Chick-fil-A is run like a well oiled machine. They really exceed the Pandemics requirements, and was still available to run a smooth operation with just drive thru. So Congratulations to all the employees at Chick-fil-A job well done.

EDIT (June, 2021): The store has gotten slower and less consistent since my last update. Newer employees are goofing around during busy times. Several have been incredibly rude over the smallest of requests. Things are not likely to improve. EDIT: This was once a 5-star review, but their standards have been slipping. The best in the west.. i counted 48 cars in front of me at the drive through BUT had my order in 5 minutes. Good job, and tasty of course.

We are on a road trip and planned our route to grab dinner at this Chick Fila. I was so disappointed that the restrooms are not open. I respect Covid protocols, but it was hard to see team members unmasked and in very close proximity to each other inside, and still have to drag my kids to PetSmart for the bathrooms. I finally ate here, and I can't believe the ranch sauce is so delicious. I will continue to eat there, great service and friendly atmosphere
