Dunkin' - Bossier City

The coffee is excellent, and the donuts are fresh. Though it was an extremely busy period, which resulted in a longer wait than normal, the staff handled it remarkably well.

I ordered my food through a mobile order at 11:08. I came here at 11:28, they told me id wait for my drinks, it was 14 minutes and I wait for two drinks. I put into a mobile order to avoid this, and above that several people will get their drinks before I'm crazy.

Not sure what happened to this place. Previously it was great. Now it is rude service and drinks that taste much too much like sirup. line also takes forever to move, but they would think that they are a little more friendly with the waiting times. they just save their money and drive them to them or elsewhere.

This place took the hill seriously. I'll make the trip to the dunkin on youree right now. I live near this dunkin, so it was very practical for me. but every time I go, they're screwing up my drink, they've put too much syrup in themselves and not enough coffee. in any case will not be back.

Horrible attitudes of the staff and they do not ring up items correctly and argue over the price when they overcharge you. They are all very rude. !
