Hartz Chicken Buffet - Bossier City

I think under new management but staff is always kind and helpful. Food is great for quick fix, nice flavor and not too greasy or salty

I have only eaten there once. It was late getting close to closing. It was good and they still had a decent variety of food to choose from.

My hubby and I went for dinner and it was a BIG waste of money! Food was cold on the buffet and there was hardly anything on it! No white meat chicken at all!!!’ Won’t go again!!!

The food was pretty good for a buffet. I was far more impressed that I thought I would be. I would have rated 5 Stars had there been all food available and fresh when I visited between 1—2 in the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and the facility was pretty clean for a buffet.
