Panera Bread - Bossier City

Good food, but pricey for what it is. They seem to run out of things a lot, and if you go to the drive thru check your order before you leave. The new Mediterranean Chicken Bowl is really good!

They handle issues very well. I ordered vegan lentil quinoa soup that came out not so fresh (smell and pulling). I took it back and the manager took care of it. She made another bowl and explained the scenario. I was happy with the customer service. Hopefully next time the food will come out fresh! I come here every time I visit Shreveport: it’s a nice and clean environment!

Love this store. It's always clean and the staff are pretty nice. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of one staff member that doesn't seem to know what she's doing, even though she has been there for a bit. Seems to have someone over her shoulder. Other than that, they would have had 5 stars.

Food and coffee is always fresh and delicious. We ordered breakfast (coffee and pastries for an event with a pick-up time of 6.30 hrs. On arrival everything was ready and hot. Thanks to Team Panera that you will always meet expectations (special kudos to the catering team!

Lunch. The food was fast and delicious. The food is always good. Service was also great. Will be back.
