Ali's Roti - Boston

Landmark restaurant is a true gem. I've been visiting for years, and Ali is an exceptional person. I had the pleasure of working for him at another location over 15 years ago, and he has consistently served delicious food and treated me with kindness!

Ali's Roti has been a staple for a long time. I fondly recall visiting as a child and thinking it was the BEST spot for roti. I hadn't been there in years, but today I had a craving for it. I ordered my usual: potato, cabbage, yellow rice, and boneless chicken. I was incredibly disappointed; the roti had no flavor at all—it was just bland. I couldn't even finish it and ended up throwing it away. It's a shame because I used to really love this place, but I don't think I'll be returning again.

Good spot. A staple in our community. Just make sure they put the pumpkin when asked. Roti comes with 3 sides. I asked to add pumpkin for extra. They agreed. Only to leave and find out it wasn?t put on there.

Food taste is amazing but the portions went down more than half depending on who serves you if it?s not the shorter lady you might as well go home. Mostly dough now Can?t see myself going back

I would travel far to dine at this restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious, and the portion sizes are definitely worth the price. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.
