Amateras Ramen - Boston

Could not wait to try this new authentic Japanese ramen restaurant....was not disappointed, it 's 'amazing '!!! Quaint atmosphere with super friendly staff and creative chef Daisuke. My husband and I both enjoyed Pakchee salad and Broccoli salad....then came the 'STARS ' of the show, Edo Shoyu (with perfectly cooked egg) for him and Nagoya Maze Soba (with tasty egg yolk on top), both impeccably seasoned with great presentation!!! Highly recommend....will def be back!!!

The staff are super friendly and the ramen is to die for. What more could you ask for?

Best ramen in Boston. We tried the Tonkotsu ramen. So good, I had to かいだま. The noodles are the correct consistency and taste that you would find in Japan. It's often difficult to find this type of authentic noodle in Boston. Spicy Chashu Don is also quite good with a healthy amount of pork, rice, and spring onions.

This was the best ramen I've ever tasted! I had a fantastic lunch today. The staff was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to return!

I absolutely love everything about this place, but I can't get enough of the Yokohama Tonkotsu! The staff is incredibly friendly as well. I make it a point to visit at least once a week.
