The restaurant was not very clean and staff not as friendly and helpful.I opted for the vegetarian burrito. The meal was very bland and not worth the $7
I recently dined at Anna's Taqueria located at 242 Cambridge St in Boston, MA. The menu offers a variety of options including salad bowls, Mexican bowls, and burritos. I ordered the chicken salad and found it to be delicious. The portions are generous and will leave you satisfied. If you opt for the burrito, you can also choose to size up. While I enjoyed the salad, I felt that the rice and chicken could have been better. This is a great spot for those looking to eat healthy. The customer service was excellent and the online navigation was easy. Overall, I would rate my experience at Anna's Taqueria as LOVE IT. LIKE IT. DELICIOUS.
The restaurant has a terrible track record when it comes to fulfilling online orders. It took a whopping 31 minutes from the time I placed my order for them to prepare it, while they served walk-in customers immediately. What's the use of having an online ordering system if it is given lower priority than in-person orders? The staff also lacks in communication skills, as they failed to provide estimated times for order pick-ups, leaving customers at the counter feeling ignored.
The meal cost around $13, but it was not what I had anticipated. The portion size was sufficient, but the flavors were bland and uninspiring. I would rate the food as 2 out of 5.
