Caffe Lil Italy - Boston

The restaurant is small and serves decent food, but the portions are also small considering the high prices. It is disappointing that there is no bathroom available for diners. I thought there was a law mandating food establishments to have a restroom for patrons.

I recently stumbled upon this gem while wandering around the North End on a Saturday morning in search of a quick bite. I found myself getting lost, but luckily stumbled upon this place. The cappuccino I tried was the creamiest I have ever had! This spot is perfect for grabbing a drink and snack while exploring the area. It's no frills, affordable, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I recently had one of the best bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches in a long time at this restaurant! The bacon was perfectly crispy and delicious.

Cute coffee shop in the heart of little Italy, next to the Old North Church. I usually come here for their authentic Italian espresso! They are also known for their breakfast wraps.

This little cafe is exactly what we were looking for. The turkey BLT was delicious. Wide selection of both cold and hot drinks. The staff was very friendly and the place is super clean. We would definitely come back again.
