Domino's Pizza - Boston

I've ordered from this restaurant many times, and 9 times out of 10, everything goes smoothly and the pizza is ready for pickup as promised. I really enjoy using the curbside pickup option. There was one instance when the app notified me that my pizza was ready, so I went to collect it. However, upon my arrival and after clicking "here," I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. I eventually went inside, and they apologized for the mix-up. The staff here are nice and polite, and I'm glad to have this place nearby.

This restaurant is the worst. It's only three minutes from my house, and I placed an order that took them two hours to prepare. I kept calling to check on it, but they ignored my calls, so I ended up walking there. When I arrived, it was my first time seeing them actually preparing my food and others' meals. I was appalled to see that they were cooking without gloves and had dirty hands.

Heed the negative reviews! I've been waiting for over two hours and still haven't received my food. The initial wait time was supposed to be 80-100 minutes, but now I'm 126 minutes in and starving with no updates at all. I've called more than a dozen times, and no one answers! The service is awful, and the customer service is terrible. Don't order from here unless you're okay with waiting four hours for your meal. Good luck if you choose this place; they're really not worth it. I won't be ordering from here again.

This domino's is horrible you could call about 40 minutes early to order online before 1am or to ask a question and they hang up the phone 3 times on you so rude people and the manager they can't run the business listen if you can't work with people youshouldn't work there because you are dealing with all types of customers ok and people are hungry why close early and have aattitude corporate should take action have them trained in a good fashion way or investigate the situation I will never orderfrom here or waste any money in this domino's in east boston.

Have to be in the mood for Dominoes but when I am i find this place to be very clean and on time 98% of the time. The app is especially helpful when ordering. I no longer have to talk to a human being. Try a sausage pizza with light feta cheese andyou?ll thank me later
