Feedback gevenI always use the app to order, the place moves very quickly for the amount of traffic they get. some days are slower than others but that's how it works with high volume days, they can't make the place any bigger and can only have so many people behind the counter. one of my favorite dunks in the city.
The taste of the drinks can definitely vary depending on who is there and the type of service and quality as well. While I understand that all places have different people working and serving clients, this location's quality and service varies way too much.
So at this mini-fast food mall (lol) I give Dunkins 3 stars for speaking English and Spanish strangely many ppl don't speak English in Boston .. wow!!! Luckily some speak Spanish 2nd it seems they give a good show of customer service they forgot my butter in a Saturday at 11am (like there are 2 customers only) . The lady didn't know Lipton Brand of tea for which I forgive because she said she's not a tea person. Way to go Dunkins increasing that margin by using Dunkins lower grade black tea ! Good luck ppl at this Dunkins!
This Dunkin' Donuts is likely the worst one I've ever visited. I will definitely not be returning.
The waitstaff wearing hijabs were unfriendly, impolite, and rude. They appeared to be racist.
