I went in to buy bubble tea and encountered a staff member at the counter who had a very rude attitude. She charged me an extra $2.00 for one order of popping boba, which was listed on the menu as 75 cents. When I brought it up, she rolled her eyes at me. I only realized the mistake by checking my receipt. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 out of 5.

The food was delicious, and the service was prompt. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available. I tried the veggie burrito and the Tan Tan Ramen, and I also enjoyed a refreshing iced tea made with watermelon and passion fruit. For vegetarian choices, they offer a veggie burrito, avocado roll, and cucumber roll.

Overall great experience but really not what you pay for. The sushis are at the range of what you would pay for at a normal sit-down restaurent, except it is completely self-service, and the rolls are not that special. I’ve seen reviews that have called the price here “reasonable”. Maybe that’s how wealthy consultants in the Fenway area would see it. I wouldn’t.Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn’t seem to have a lot of accessibility if the door takes blunt force to open.

We came here as a second round of food to eat lightly, to which the food wasn't bad! It's what you would expect from a sushi burrito. The sumo burrito was solid (had a lot of flavor of the eel) but the Kappa burrito was not as good because you couldn't taste the salmon/just a bland burrito overall. The people were super friendly. Love the setting of the place and was a nice area to chill! I would come here again if I wanted a small bite of something during the day but not the first place to think of.

Ordered six maki rolls online. They followed my customization requests perfectly, and the order was ready quickly and on time. Sushi tasted great and rolls held together nicely. Great value here too. Very inexpensive compared to most places! Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
